My brother started doing drugs at 17 to age 22 he is now 23 has a job and a baby.. He has been diagnosed with schitzoaffective.. Its wen ur bipolar and skitzo at the same time… He use to be a really cool person before drugs.. He was really popular in high school and he was just a great person.. Now hes really different.. Hes dellusional.. Weird.. Awkwardly social.. And hes really slow.. He doesnt have any common sense at all… His gf n the baby live with us and they fight all the time.. Shes not mentally ill at all so when he says something weird she yells at him trying to explain everything.. They always fight and the gf always says tgings like “hello that doesnt even makes stupid!” Sometimes she tells me that she cant take it anymore and that she cant be with him for the rest of her life and it makes me really sad to think that if his mental illness doesnt get better he’ll probably end up alone..
