My family is really low on cash at the moment, and I want to help my parents by finding a low-cost drug rehab center or drug treatment program for my younger brother who has gotten himself involved in drugs. Any suggestions?

I have included links below that you can check out. One has a list of centers affiliated with Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Association. As far as I know, they can give grants to those who need it. You should call those centers and ask around. I hope you find a treatment center soon, and that your brother recovers form his addiction.

My boyfriend was arrested for possession of marijuana (less than two ounces) and possession of a controlled substance (5 capsules of Zoloft). This is his first offense so what will his sentence likely be? We live in Texas.

That’s where my brother lives. We have always gotten in touch with each other, even though he’s far away. I have just received news from his roommate that he has gotten himself into bad company and he’s now doing drugs. This really shocked me. I never thought that he would get to be like this. I’d look in your local yellow pages for Rehabilitation Centers. Choose which ones and call and make an appt. to speak to someone and explain your doing research.

It had to be a maverick like him to say what most people know in their guts that the War On Drugs is not controlling drug traffick, or illegal profits funding gangs and terrorists all over the world. In Afghanistan drug moneys are killing our soldiers, we may even lose that war.

My sister is addicted to cocaine and some other substance called “E”. I know that admitting her to a rehab would be costly but I want her to be treated as soon as possible. We’re the only ones left in the family and I don’t want her life to be devastated by drugs.
