I am looking for a 60 to 90 day drug rehab with the best program and a solid aftercare program. location does not matter. However, I am interested to see what the east coast has to offer, New York especially. Also Canada is an option as well. any help would be great, thx!

I am a certified alcohol and drug counselor in Illinois and am also in graduate school to earn my Masters and Education Specialist degree. I would like to open up my own substance abuse treatment center. I would also like to provide DUI evaluations and treatment. What steps do I need to take in order to do this?
