My cousin’s family envies my uncles.. so she said that he raped her 20 years ago, after quitting her job (where she worked with him).. also, his daughter ran away from home. They found the txt messages about having sex and drugs in her room.. please keep in mind that she is only 13 years old, she ran away after her father said she was not allowed to wear make up. Well.. to make the long story short, she got caught and she claimed that her father made her perform oral sex.
in court, the DA did not want to hear any evidence my uncle had. His daughter did not know that he had a scar on his genital area. My cousin could not keep her story straight.
He was found guilty. The JURy told my uncle’s lawyer after the trial that once they saw the look on his daughters face, he was automatically GUILTY. They did not want to hear any evidence they had.
Is there any laws that could help him out? he is in jail for 75 years and we’re talkin about an innocent man who had an unfair trial. HELP
