What (Illegal) Drugs Leave Your System the Fastest? Also, What Drugs Don’t Show Up on Urine Tests?

Question by Bryan: What (illegal) drugs leave your system the fastest? Also, what drugs don’t show up on urine tests?
Yes, I understand the risks of taking drugs and getting high, etc. But I am not asking any of you to lecture me on what’s right and wrong, just answer my questions. What illegal drugs leave your system the fastest (also put how long each of these drugs take to leave. and when I say “leave” I mean so that traces of the drug don’t come out on a urine test), and which (illegal) drugs do not show up on urine tests at all? Thank you.

Drug test companies do NOT test for every drug; not only would that be incredibly expensive, but also it would be impossible. Drug test companies research some of the most abused classifications of drugs and become certified to test on the general population after much research and supportive data to show that their testing methods work with reasonable accuracy at identifying a person who has intentionally ingested that substance, and that there is no other medications or substances that could have caused that high a level. All certified drug test companies use cut-off levels; below that level you pass, above that level you fail. Trace amounts do NOT matter on a drug test. Any employer, school, or probation department will use and only use certified drug test companies. (Had to throw that information in because of a certain poster claiming to be an ER RN who continues to wrongly believe that drug test will show all drugs consumed.) Below info applies to urine drug test unless otherwise specified

DMT (dimethyltryptamine) is not tested for on any drug test. It can however be found using a GC/MS test but no drug test company will notify anyone or certify drug test results for DMT. All mammals (that includes humans) have trace amounts of DMT in their system. At a hospital if patient comes in wigging out on unknown substance, a GC/MS test can be done, elevated levels of DMT can be found, and ER doctor can conclude that his patient is likely flaking out on DMT. A drug test company will NOT however state a subject tested has elevated levels of DMT in system and certify result came from illegal ingestion of drug.

LSD, mushrooms, salvia: 24 to 48 hours; however, most places do not test for these drugs, and that includes most probation departments. And LSD is NOT found in spinal fluid. And LSD can NOT be tested for in any hair drug test.
Bath Salts and K2/spice and other new designer type drugs: Almost ALL drug test companies do NOT test for these substances yet; they are rapidly trying to become certified though. Redwood in California is leading the way to find ways to test for these substances. http://www.businesswire.com/news/home/20110118005646/en/Redwood-Toxicology-Laboratory-Introduces-Designer-Stimulant-Testing

Amphetamines: tested for on all drug tests: less than 72 hrs.

Cocaine: tested for on all drug tests: less than 72 hrs. However, depending on what cocaine was cut with, metabolites for the cut have been known to be found up to 21 days.

Benzodiazepines (Xanax, etc.): infrequent use: less than 72 hrs. but regular daily use: up to 6 weeks; however most employers do NOT check for benzodiazepines, but most probation departments do.

MDMA (ecstasy): less than 3 days for single use, up to 5 days for frequent use. It will sometimes give a false/positive under amphetamines panel or the methamphetamines panel; it would be a false positive because MDMA is NOT an amphetamine. Drug test companies can specifically test for MDMA though; same detection times would apply.
