What Is the Crystal Meth Capital of America?

Question by Likwit: What is the Crystal Meth capital of America?
And how did it get this infamous title?
I live on the East Coast, and I have seen most types of drugs being used and sold…but Meth has never been one of them. Why has it been embraced by rural America with such a strong vice grip?
According to the results so far, it seems like there’s a problem just about everywhere…including Alaska. I wonder if there is any concrete data reporting the highest abuse rate in which county/city/state.
